You won’t find a nicer Dr. Feickert Turntable than ours, outside of a brand new one. We see no visible marks on this unit, a few specs of dust maybe, but we can’t see any marks or significant smudges.

The table has sat unused for months, prior to which it was played and has accumulated around 50 hours of playtime. So this is essentially a new table and has not yet been fully broken in, which applies also to the cartridge and arm, which were installed new at the time of purchase.

If you visit our website you’ll find that we’re big fans of Dr. Feickert turntables, in fact, this is our second Volare, and is being sold only to facilitate a step up the Feickert line to the Firebird. Here’s our review of our old Volare.

The Dr. Feickert Volare takes this aspect of playback into another league altogether. Not only does it delineate the complex passages with acuity, it manages to portray each component in the soundscape with warmth and fullness of body.

Part of the key to this feat of de-obfuscation is the Volare’s ability to open up the soundscape with excellent depth and layering. 

We’ll pack this up in the original box with all paperwork and get it off to the new owner within one business day of receiving payment. All original packaging is included, for the table, arm, and cartridge. It will not be disassembled as it’s safe to ship with the arm and cartridge installed, therefore it’s a plug-and-play unit just looking for a new owner.
