At Audio Resurgence, our focus is to bring new life and attention to audio gear that’s out of production. We think there are some incredible bargains to be had in the used/classifieds, so our aim here is to review older components in the context of a modern day audio system, and report our findings to our reader base.
Of course, this model is a little different than you’ll see at places like ‘Stereophile’, ‘Positive Feedback Online’, and ‘Six Moons’. Those websites/magazines focus entirely on reviewing new equipment and are afforded the luxury of having the latest and greatest components sent to them at not cost whatsoever. (In fact, in some cases they actually charge the manufacturer for the privilege of having a component reviewed. Nice, ehh?).
Since we’re mostly reviewing components which are no longer in production, our only source for review gear is to go out and purchase it directly. Hence, we’d like to buy your gear!
How it works –
- Contact us via the form below and tell us what you have for sale.
- We’ll make you an offer, contingent upon inspecting the component and verifying its function and condition.
- If you accept our offer, we’ll purchase the item from you and send payment.
- Box the item in its original packaging and send it to us.
- We’ll ensure the item is ‘as described’ in your original description, if all is good then the deal is done!
Basically, it works in just the same was as selling your item on eBay, except you get paid quicker, there are no fees, and there’s no hassle involved.
