It is with a heavy heart that I must announce the departure of the Edge NL10.2 power amp. Collected yesterday by the men in brown, the Edge is now winging its way off to a new home, actually, a recording studio in Texas.
The Edge is one of those truly special creations that just does everything so well that the task of finding a worthy replacement is nigh on impossible. What next for our review system? Well, as I just indicated, I really don’t know how to replace the NL10.2 Sure, I could drop $30K on something high-flying that would probably surpass the performance of the Edge in a few areas, but I ain’t made of money! So the best I can hope for with my modest budget is something that gets close in performance. Unless of course, you have some suggestions?
