Getting Your Used Item Packed And Shipped
In most cases, your gear will ship in the original factory packaging, and we’ll get those items en-route to you generally in 1-2 business days. In some cases, and we’ll indicate this in the product listing, we may need to fabricate or acquire custom packaging, and it can take 4-5 business days to get the packaging here, the item packed and sent out.
Tracking information will be emailed to you when we create the shipping label.
Cost of Shipping
Our shopping cart will show you shipping options from various services and they will be added to your order. If you feel the cost is too high, ask us for a quote and we’ll do our best to find a better rate.
We do not ship overseas, generally. We do make exceptions, however, so let us know where you are and what you want and we’ll take a look-see.
Returns / Functional Warranty
We’re NOT a loan service where we send something out and if you don’t like it, you send it back. All used items are offered “As-Is” and are not eligible for returns unless they’re found to be materially different than our description. If you receive something that doesn’t function in the way that it should or the way that we’ve described, then please contact us so we can work something out. We’ll either try to find a way to have it repaired at your location or we’ll send you a return label and you can ship it back for a refund.
